FAQ

Using the Account Class

Why can't I access the system after logging in for the first time?

Before the system is recharged, it is in an "inactive status." To activate the account and unlock the address management and strategy system features, an initial deposit (≥100 USDT) is required.

Is the recharged fund held in escrow by the platform?

Funds you deposit enter the platform's recharge contract. The system will deduct fees based on operations during service usage. We will not transfer or misuse funds, and you can check your account's real-time balance and consumption details at any time.

How long does it take for the recharge to be processed?

Typically, transactions are automatically recognized within 30 seconds. If it takes more than 5 minutes, please verify the transfer chain or contact support.

Can I view features without recharging?

Only users who have recharged can access the system's features. The wallet and strategy configuration interfaces are not accessible in an inactive state.

Are all the on-chain transactions initiated by my own wallet?

In this system, all strategic interactions are executed within a custodial address managed by the platform. Users do not need to handle private keys but can view asset status and execution records at any time.

Does the platform provide order matching or order placement?

No provision. PinkPunk Pro is not a decentralized exchange and is not responsible for transactions, only for generating on-chain behavior structures.

Sure! If you have multiple projects, do you need multiple accounts?

If you don't need multiple accounts, but if you're considering creating separate accounts for each project to isolate strategies and funds, you can create multiple accounts.

To protect the confidentiality of your project information, consider using data encryption, access controls, and anonymization techniques.

By default, all strategy execution actions do not disclose project names or email addresses, and wallet addresses are generated by the platform.

Is multi-user collaboration supported for managing an account?

The current version does not support collaborative management; one wallet address equals one independent account. In the future, we will consider adding a role-based permissions module.

Can I switch chains using the same account?

For EVM-based systems, switching is considered the same account. Non-EVM systems do not allow this.

Will the service automatically resume after being suspended?

Unable to do so. To add the account balance, you must first create a new strategy configuration before executing.

Address and Strategy Class

Can the address export a private key?

Private key export is not supported. System-generated addresses are for internal policy use only, ensuring policy control and on-chain activity confidentiality.

Is there a limit on the number of addresses?

Each account can create up to 200 addresses for free. Additional addresses cost $0.1 each. You can expand this limit in address management.

Can I customize strategies?

The current version uses a "template + parameter configuration" approach to support a certain degree of strategy personalization. In the future, a strategy editor will be launched to support more complex combination logic.

Does the system collect on-chain behavioral data?

The platform will not analyze or use your on-chain transaction behavior externally; all data is solely for strategy execution and monitoring.

How to Upgrade Plan Version ?

In the strategy creation interface, select the target version, and the system will automatically charge the corresponding fees and quotas based on the strategy template.

Is there a charge for a failed strategy?

If a transaction fails to execute on-chain (due to issues like insufficient balance, gas failure, etc.), no fee will be charged. However, it might still be counted towards strategy execution costs. It's recommended to regularly monitor the balance status.

What to do when a strategy fails?

The system will automatically reclaim remaining resources and notify you of the reason for failure. Some failures may occur due to congestion on the chain or insufficient balance, and users can retry after addressing the issue according to the prompts.

What to do if the system crashes or the strategy is interrupted?

The platform runs on a high-availability architecture. In case of emergencies, notifications will promptly be sent via email and social media. The system will pause task execution and save the current state, allowing tasks to resume or terminate upon recovery.

How do I know if the strategy execution was successful?

Users can view the details of each strategy execution in data reports and receive success/failure/exception alert notifications via email.
